Knowle B&B Price Details, Booking and Cancellation Policy

Prices:
£27 - £31 per adult per night on the basis of two or three people sharing a room.
  Children 3 - 12 (incl) half price when accompanied by two adults in the room. Children under 3 are free.
Full price for children occupying a room without an adult.
A £10.00 single occupancy supplement applies, subject to availability.

Booking Policy:
To secure your booking we require your credit card details. You can either use our secure on-line Booking Form or give us the details by mail or by phone. We will not use these details unless you cancel your booking, in which case we will debit your account according to our Cancellation Policy (see below).

Payment of your booking is at departure and can be done either in cash or by credit card.

Cancellation Policy:
If for any reason you need to cancel your booking, please contact us as soon as possible. If we are unable to re-let the room, please note that, as you entered into a contract at the time of booking, the following charges will apply:
 
15 – 28 days prior to arrival date – 25% of the full accommodation value of the booking
 
4 – 14 days prior to arrival date – 50% of the full accommodation value of the booking
 
1 – 3 days prior to arrival date or a failure to take up the booking without any prior notification – 100% of the full accommodation value of the booking
We recommend that you take out travel insurance/cancellation cover so that you are covered for any charges due on cancellation
